Before the meeting delegates have registered, booked hotels and chosen seminars in the Trippus online system. While registering, the delegates have been given the opportunity to submit questions to the Swedish top politicians that hold a debate during the annual meeting.

The Trippus SMS module is used frequently during the meeting to communicate important information, and during the debate delegates can submit their questions to the debating politicians in real-time. Trippus badging module is used to create badges with different access levels for different participant categories, displaying name and company on the front side and each delegate's individual programme (seminars, dinner seating information etc) on the back side.
